How to order toner for Canon and Xerox Printers

Hertz IBM Helpdesk is now handling all MFD requests for Canon and Xerox devices.

If you need Toner, Maintenance, Moves, Adding printers to computers, etc., please call 1-800-331-2456 or email [email protected] including location, contact info, and device serial number.

Ricoh devices are out of lease and your location should have a replacement Xerox by now. If not, please contact [email protected]

As an Option

• Canon Toner can be ordered directly from Canon by e-mailing [email protected] with location, contact info, and device serial number.

• Xerox Toner can be ordered directly by calling Xerox at 855-927-0112 with location, contact info, and device serial number. If you have a new Xerox to install, you can also call Xerox at this number.
