Toner ordering for printers

• Xerox Leased printers – Xerox toner orders are automated. The printer self opens a supply ticket and Xerox ships toner out. (All large Xerox printers are and will remain under lease, until Dec 2026.  

• Xerox Owned desktop printers – End Users can order toner, drum kits and waste containers via Oracle for Xerox model 3335, 3345 and C405 models. Use the Hardware order punchout for CompuCom to order toner for these models.

• All Canon printers in the US are owned since 2020. Toner for those will need to be ordered on a case by case basis.  End users can open a IT Service now helpdesk ticket and our team will assist with those requests as they come in.
