How to submit a Help Ticket to North America Proc Ops

NA Proc Ops is working on improving our processes by implementing new tools and making changes to our current procedures. The most effective way to communicate with NA Proc Ops is through HappyFox by submitting a ticket.

Please see the instructions below and make sure to select 'Proc Ops - NA’ for ticket Category.

Utilize this link: Happy Fox

  1. Select Category ‘Proc Ops - NA

 

  1. Select the ‘Request Type’ for the ticket.
  • General Inquiry: Any question
  • PO Issue:  Any issue related to POs
  • Reporting Request: Requests related to any type of reports

 

 

  1. Select Country and Ticket Priority

 

 

  1. Type in a subject for the ticket and any additional information we might need for your ticket. CC and attachments are optional. However, the more information you provide to us, the faster we can solve your ticket.

 

  1. Add your contact information.

 

  1. Click ‘Create Ticket’ and a ticket will be created for NA Proc Ops team.
  2. You will receive an automated reply from HappyFox along with a ticket number. Our SLA is 24 hours for a business week (M-F).
