Effective on June 27, a TEMPORARY uniform program will be in place and available through a Cintas punch-out.

Cintas punch-out catalog will be located in Oracle under External Catalogs, see below for details.

 

Requirements for Ordering:

 

• Program is temporary, and for frontline employees only (excludes VSA/Maintenance, etc.)
• Order for the following
  • New Hires –3 tops, 3 bottoms, 1 sweater (if needed), 1 belt
  • Replacement pieces as needed –torn shirt, smaller/larger size needed

 

A permanent program is being built and these items on the temporary program are TEMPORARY. Order what is needed to function.

Oracle Ordering

 

1. Log into Oracle and select the appropriate RAC PO Requisitioner.

   

 

2. Select ‘External Catalog’ located in Main Store. Then, select Cintas. Once you complete your order, you get back to Oracle to complete and submit your requisition.

1. Available through HertzWorkz

• Smartsheet form completion required Nametag ordering form
• Available for the following:

• 3-tags per employee can be ordered; 1 request per employee
  • Hourly –First name only
