Reports
AP030 AP Transaction Details - this is the report banking needs to find pre cloud payments.
If you need to find an old pre-cloud payment, use this is the report.
To locate a specific payment, use below selection where possible.
- Business Unit
- Currency
- Invoice date range
- Supplier name.
- Amount of the invoice
- Fiscal Date (payment Date)
- Check number (payment Number)
Note: The reason for not choosing a specific invoice number is because payments can contain several invoices and banking would need to know the total amount paid to the supplier, i.e. payment amount.
Once you have the detail send the information to the correct Banking team and they will be able to investigate the payment.
