Approval notice view: resubmit REQ or PO change for approval
Oracle worklist notices only remain for 30 days.
If an approver does not approve a requisition (REQ) or a purchase order (PO) change after 30 days, the notice is removed.
If the REQ or PO change submittal was less than 30 days, ask the approver to check their work list.
Select Notifications (click on bell icon in upper right corner of screen), select Show All.
Select Worklist
The BPM pop-up window that will appear, in the box enter the REQ or the PO number.
If the notice is still available it will show within the status are, click on the wording in blue to review and approve.
If the notice is no longer available, you will need to withdraw and resubmit the REQ or PO change.
To withdraw a requisition in pending approval status
From the Home Screen, under Procurement, click Purchase Requisitions.
Click Manage Requisitions.
In the Search results section of the Manage Requisitions page, find the requisition you want to change and select it.
Select the requisition number (no PO is issued).
From the Actions menu, select Withdraw and Edit
Click ‘Yes’ on the Warning dialog box.
The requisition has been removed from the approval process.
To restart the approval process only, click on the REQ #, select Save and Submit.
Click OK on the Confirmation dialog box.
To check the approval status of the REQ, go to Actions, View Document History, click on submit request.
Pending Approval View
To withdraw a PO with a pending change order approval status.
When PO change order in process and need to update or resubmit go to:
Manage Requisitions view, select the PO number (not the REQ#),
Go to Actions, select Withdraw.
