Some errors occur in Oracle that are not tied to a specific error message.

Until the Oracle software is updated you may need to use this process to proceed with your task.

Example of an error within My Receipts, when processing a receipt.  This error does not give specific details or number code.

If you are unsure of the error, contact Proc Ops or Buying Center to inquire.

To attempt to clear the error so you can continue working first you can simply go back to Oracle home page and back to the specific screen.

If this does not clear the error, sign off Oracle, this often clears the issue, if you still experience issues clear the browser cookies and cache.

Sign out of Oracle, go to your initials or picture icon, at the top right corner, select sign out.

Within Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browser, click on the 3 dots at the top right of the page.

Select “Delete browsing data…

Check “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” and click on Delete data.

Below shows Google Chrome view and Microsoft Edge view

After this completes, close all open Chrome / Edge windows and open new window(s) as needed.

You should have to sign back into Oracle if you signed out correctly.
