Customer Water Program- Effective May 2022
- What is in the program?
Effective May 2022, locations will be able to order bottled water for customers. Case water will be set up on a ‘subscription’ program and delivered in a 2 or 4 week frequency based on the locations needs. Drawdown PO required to be created prior to ordering.
NOTE: Bottled water is for CUSTOMERS ONLY.

- For 2022, locations will be able to delight our customers by offering a bottle of water.

- Water can be delivered by the pallet (84 cases) or individual cases
- Water delivery frequency and amount can be increased or decreased based on location needs by completing the Work Order Form by selecting Account Update

a. Case (24 pk) water- $7.75 per case (includes shipping)*

c. Drawdown PO should be opened to cover the estimated cost of water the location will use between May and December 2022

- $15.50 x 2 deliveries = $31.00
- $31.00 x 8 months = $248.00

*If the location is unable to be serviced by the third-party vendor Office Depot will supply water directly, case water for Office Depot water is $14.99/case. Office Depot will flag these requests to [email protected] prior to approval.

Employee Water Program- Effective May 2022
- What is in the program?
Effective May 2022, locations are able to set up water delivery for employees.
There are 2 options:
- Inline Filtration System
- 5 Gallon Cooler/Jug
- Why is this important?

- Employees need to have access to drinking water, especially during the summer months to stay hydrated and avoid heat exhaustion.
- Other factors to consider

- Preferred method of water if applicable is the Inline filtration system, inline filtration systems allow for there always to be water without the worry of delivery delays.
- Cups are not provided with 5-gallon deliveries (except in CA), cups will need to be ordered through Office Depot on Oracle.
- Water can be increased or decreased based on location needs by completing the Work Order Form by selecting Account Update.

- Delivery frequency and amount of water delivered can be increased or decreased at any time depending on location needs by completing the Work Order Form and selecting “account update”.
- Inline Filtration Systems and Water Coolers will be serviced by Office Depot (filter change, clean equipment etc.).
*$75.00 install fee for Inline Filtration System (1st install), $50.00 each addtl.
- Disaster Water
- Disaster Water is to be ordered for Employees during a disaster (I.E. hurricanes, wildfires, blizzards and etc.).
- Pallet or individual cases are able to be ordered
- $7.75 per case
- Non-Catalog Request PO required to be opened locally to order.
- ETA for delivery will be dependent on accessibility to location.
